At Outdoor Fabric Central, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or outdoor accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, uncut condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to verify eligibility and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure fabrics are rolled rather than folded to prevent permanent creasing during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the package and drop it off at a certified shipping location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
